week 1 ww weigh in
I wasn't sure if I would lose any weight because of Thanksgiving. Actually thought I would gain some. but I lost!!! I am down 3 pounds! Woop! Woop! Very excited! I just saved all of my weekly points for Thursday so that helped. I have been looking through the points book just becoming aware of the points for foods and beverages I commonly eat. Hopefully I will have another successful week this week!
