Believe it or not I have really done a lot today (which is surprising because you on the weekends I lay around and have me-time!) - I went to the grocery store to pick out all the ingredients for the dinner I am making my husband tonight. Yes - I am making dinner! Kinda scary! I am making veal steaks with a caper sauce. I got the recipe from Southern Living's Light and Easy comfort foods. I have already messed up because I couldn't find a boneless steak. oh well - he can eat around it! I will have to tell you how it turns out!



I also got a little workout in, washed my car, and pulled some weeds from my flower bed. I still have to scrub my bathroom and try to straighten out my bedroom and craft closet. I hate to be inside working because it is such a beautiful day here in Memphis. But my bedroom needs some help!
