134 days..

I can't believe how time is flying by! It is a great thing because that means I get married sooner and we are moving through the school year quickly! I am ready for summer break! Anyways,Todd and I are a little confused. He had picked out the wedding band he wants, but then heard from someone that titanium is not a good choice. This person said that if he ever broke his hand or finger, the ring would be extremely difficult to get off due to titanium being so hard. Has anybody heard about this? Should we look at something else?

I just found you through Charmville and read your Q about china registering. I don't think many people like to buy fine china because a) it's expensive and b) it doesn't get used often. People like to buy you things that they know you'll need/get good use of. If you really don't think you'll use it, you can always re-register for nice everyday china that you can dress up for a dinner party.

BTW- you are correct about the titanium. It is very durable, but if he works with his hands at all (mechanic, saws, etc) titanium is not recommended due to it's inability to be cut off if necessary. Gold is the preferred metal of medical staff because it is soft(er), but ultimately you should pick the best metal for his lifestyle, if he rarely uses hand tools, etc titanium is probably fine. Do note it can't be resized... Hope this helps you!
