I know it feels great. Just take it one ...Congrats! I know it feels great. Just take it one day at a time. 21 days makes a habit. If you can get yourself in a real routine and rhythm for 21 days, you make have a life-changing workout routine.<br /><br />Whenever I take a break from running, I always have a hard time starting again. However, to motivate myself day after day, I say "remember how GREAT you felt yesterday when you were done" and "what else would you be doing right now" and "if you get through this you can have X (usually a glass of wine since I run at night)"<br /><br />One day at a time. Oh, and make a calendar.
